Organic Gardener:
Group Leader Duties
Work with general garden volunteers to accomplish specific tasks for the day. Required tasks are generated daily by current greenhouse and outside garden / farm needs.
Including but not limited to: planting, harvesting, trimming, weeding, pest management, cleaning, organizing, soil mixing and tons of hands-on garden teaching to your volunteers.
Raise up and identify responsible volunteers who share the vision and ministry to grow it stronger and increase food production for donation and sales.
