Volunteer Coordinator Duties
Volunteer Coordinator Duties include but are not limited to:
- Calling, Texting and Emailing Lead Volunteers and their Group Members to verify individuals are planning to be in attendance for the daily volunteer slot.
- Assessing existing volunteer count and reporting daily to inform group leaders and members of current daily expected schedule status.
- Using B Organic Farm’s website to observe and update current requests / needs for volunteers.
- Report general status to Mark and Ginny (farm owners and ministry operators).
- Call, Text or Email to get replacement volunteers if some cannot make it.
